  2. To build your own PC from scratch it usually cost more. So i would recommend that you look on ebay and see what you can get for your money. There are tonnes of web-sites that provide this service like alienware, dell, gateway etc etc …..

Ps make sure that the processor is good and the GPU these are essential for gaming and the rest should follow.

  4. First choose Motherboard, then processor, then graphics and sound cards.
    That forms the basics.

Then HD storage, cd/dvd writer player.

    Lastly monitor, keyboard and mouse.

Most people will choose their parts then buy on Ebay

  6. IF you make it yourself, check all the speeds and sockets match for all your components with your motherboard.
A good site for components is http://www.ebuyer.com.

OR you can get it custom built and delivered to you.

  7. i great pre assembled gaming PC is Alienware but nothign beats making your own PC, the satisfaction of making it your slef is amazing. and if you do it right it is much faster that any pre assembled PC out there. i am not sure about the prices in ponds but a great refernece place to see parts are available is http://www.newegg.com/ .

  8. Right first off are you just after a PC base unit or do you need a monitor and the like. If you don’t need a monitor and are just after a base unit then £700 will buy you one hell of a machine.
Would definitely go Intel either dual or quad core and make sure you get a good motherboard either something like the evga 680i or something by asus just make sure it will accept a 775 chip and you will be OK. Ram if you don’t want to overclock then you cant go far wrong with geil dragon ram. Graphics card is down to personal choice and change all the time so just pick up a copy of PC format or computer shopper and see whats new.
    Hope this helps

Building your own is very cheap but its always just a question of how much is the hasslefree nature of prebuilts worth to you
These are contempary products and getting a system like this will do you good

  11. CyberPower PC UK are great for that kind of thing:

    http://www.cyberpowersystem.co.uk/

But usually it’s cheaper to build yourself, as you get a better feel for the system and will feel more comfortable modding and upgrading. Buy parts from Aria Components, they’re great, and have an individual forum for each of their products, which is free for everyone to use. If you can’t be bothered to build it yourself, though, here’s a great sub-£700:

    http://www.cyberpowersystem.co.uk/system/gamer_infinity_800/

Do a bit of customization on the site to fit the PC to your £700 budget and then order it. Simple.

    Here’s the Aria link:
    http://www.aria.co.uk/

And here’s a build it yourself guide:
Intel Core 2 Duo E8200 (OC it!!) £110
    2GB DDR2-800 RAM £29
    nVidia GeForce 9600GT £100
    Creative SoundBlaster Audigy SE £16
    20″ monitor £110

Choose your own from there, you’ve got a bargain!
