  7. Beer before liquor, never been sicker. Liquor before beer, you’re in the clear.

If you really wanted to mix your drinks, you would be best off having the gin first.

  15. If by ill you mean diseased than no. If by ill you mean getting really drunk to the point of vomiting than yes. Mixing two different kinds of alcoholic drinks, even mixing two different brands of the same drink can make you get drunk faster and more seriously. Do don’t mix. Oh and make sure you had plenty to eat before you drink, it will keep you from getting drunk right away, it will protect your stomach and it will sooth your next morning hang over.

  16. in moderation you should be ok with beer and a few gins,
what to beware of is mixing “grain” with “grape”
    such as wine and whisky.
wine is grape of course and whisky is grain
the combination will have you legless on the night, probably sick the rest of the night and the mother of all hangovers the following day,
the plus side is that by lunchtime you will be feeling better and the the non drinkers wont,
if you are determined to go on a binge,,then have a meal before going out,of boiled or fried rice, the starch in the rice soaks up the alcohol and lets you drink for longer with less side effects.
always eat before drinking or after you finish never while you are drinking or your head will be down the toilet all night

  24. It’s not what you drink, it’s how much. A bottle of beer and then a gin and tonic wouldn’t make you ill.
10 pints of lager followed by a half bottle of gin probably will.

  25. not if you start with beer then go to gin, if you have a few beers then gin then beers etc, you could be a bit sick
