Do the Xbox 360 wireless Gaming reciever for windows and Xbox 360 wireless controller work with all PC games?

Not all, but pretty much all modern ones, its as simple as plug and play, but you can set it up for older games, just alot more hastle.
It works in the way that any gaming controller works. Meaning your computer well know it has a controller hooked up to it. With that said not every game is build for a controller. On some games are built for controllers and only some of those are build for the xbox 360 controller.
