where can I get details to reconnect phone line to new box for extention.?

If you trying to put in a new jack for an extension, you can run the new wire to where you want and remember that the colors go color to color.
Blue/white
Orange/white
Green/white
Brown/white
Slate/white
The Jack might have different colors like green,red, yellow and blue or brown. The green goes to the blue, red goes to white and that should be all you need to make the phone work on the new jack
use a small screwdriver to push the wire into the connector without stripping the insulation
