This video has nothing to do with a deadlift. This is a back injury waiting to happen. I don’t care if it’s dumbbell’s or not, there’s a certain form that needs to be followed, and this ain’t it!
And I hate when they show deadlifts from the front…Trying to hide something?

the exericse he is doing is called the Romanian dead lift, and not the traditional deadlift.
If you’re not bending at the knees then it is not a deadlift. This is a million miles beyond gay. Ultra-low intensity “exercise” like this serves absolutely no purpose.
