  1. Happy Man says:
  2. You will find what you need in the Yellow pages.

  3. you need a cheap poker set a pole for the pole dancers a lot of booze and then the world is your oyster!

  4. There are stores that sell the chips and cards in a suitcase.. you can check target, walmart or big 5 stores

  5. You will need cards and chips but the last time I played poker or blackjack there were no dice involved.

Just get a couple of packs of cards, loads of beer and some scantily clad ladies and everyone will be happy.

  6. yeah, there’s plenty about. Argos will probably do a few. Have always found the felt mat a bit superfluous. What makes a difference is plenty of good quality chips (the heavier, the better), perhaps a card shuffling machine and, most importantly of all, a few packs of good quality cards all of the same design. Oh, and lots of beer :)

  8. For 8 people, a single poker topper might be a little cramped – may consider two. Each poker table will probably need at least 2 decks of cards – a blackjack table will need at least that and as many as 8. (Use different-back cards for poker, but blackjack should a;ll be the same backing.)

Don’t know what you need the dice for unless you plan a craps or chuck-a-luck game too.

Chipwise, one or two cheap sets you can get anywhere might do the trick, but if he plays regularly (and you have time to order/find a set) you might consider a more professional-looking (and feeling) clay chipset as a pre-wedding present to your fiance. If there’s enough time, you can even get them custom printed.
