Is anyone doing LL Cool J`s Platium Working at the moment, or has done it? if you are or have, replay back to me, i would love to talk to people that are doing it or have done it, for help and support! Right now im in the last week of the Bronze Stage, and i am loving every second of it! I just thought it would be nice to get fed back and other things from other people cause i never found much people who have done this Platium Workout!
exactly, sprinters use it to great success, and unlike long-duration cardio, which cannibalizes your muscles hiit preserves muscle tissue And it is much easier on your joints in the long run.
The only reason a person would want to long-distance cardio is if they wanted half the results and to put themselves through hell to get those halfway results.
btw I know of which I speak, because i am 6′3 260 off-season at 13% bf check my vids for proof.
If you look at any sprinters’ bodies vs any long-distance runners’ bodies. . . I want to look like a sprinter; therefore, I would do what sprinters do. . . Mainly HIIT.

but what if your goal is to build muscle the prolonged cardio would work against you.
