Hi, what gadget should I use to turn the edges of fine material eg chiffon- I have a Husqvarna Viking machine.

With such fine material I always do it by hand. I find it a much neater finish.
Not sure if this will work, but have you thought to try using hemming tape?

use dressers’ paper to add thickness. after sewing, rip it out. change machine setting to silk and go slow.

You need a special hemming foot that has a scroll on.
Check your manual, you may have one already. Good luck
