    and then also 3 sessions of high intensity cardio, around 30-45mins.
    along with plenty of conditioning exercises.,

  31. I know that you get the same amount of nutrition if you drink tomato juice with half the calories. I read that fruit juices are great but calorie-wise..vegetable juice is a better choice.

  38. right if u want to loose fat and keep100% of your muscle do very intensive cardio soo as u wake! you’ll burn fat as soon as u start,keep the session to about 20-30 mins.
